基于文献计量学及可视化技术分析中医药治疗类风湿关节炎的研究现状及热点趋势

摘　　要：目的探究中医药治疗类风湿关节炎的研究现状,挖掘当前领域的热点和趋势,为未来更进一步的研究奠定基础。方法检索2003年1月1日至2022年12月31日中国知网数据库(CNKI)收录的与中医药治疗类风湿关节炎的相关文献,并采用文献计量学方法,对文献的发文趋势、期刊来源、研究机构进行分析,并应用VOS viewer软件对文章作者及关键词进行聚类分析。结果本研究收集到2873篇文献,现阶段有关中医药治疗类风湿关节炎的文章每年的发文量大体呈上升走势,其中《中华中医药杂志》《中华中医药学刊》和《中医杂志》等核心期刊是当前该领域研究成果的主要刊物。广安门医院、安徽省中医药大学第一附属医院以及北京中医药大学为主要的发文机构。文章产出量排名前几的作者为刘健、姜泉、刘维等。关键词聚类分析提示主要研究热点以类风湿关节炎、类风湿、中医药、中药、中西医结合等为主。结论近年来,我国中医药治疗类风湿关节炎的研究水平正逐步提高,当前较为新颖的网络药理学、信号通路及靶点是该领域的研究热点。未来需要更多更高质量的临床研究来规范诊疗标准。Objective To explore the current research status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,explore the current hot spots and trends in the field,and lay the foundation for further research in the future.Methods The literature related to the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by traditional Chinese medicine collected in CNKI database from January 1,2003 to December 31,2022 was retrieved,and the literature publication trend,journal sources and research institutions were analyzed by bibliometrics.VOS viewer software was used to cluster the authors and keywords.Results A total of 2873 articles were collected.The annual publication volume on traditional Chinese medicine treatment for rheumatoid arthritis had shown a general upward trend.Core journals,including China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy,Chinese Archives of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the main platforms for disseminating research findings in this field.The primary contributing institutions were Guang'anmen Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine,and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.The top authors in terms of publication output included Liu Jian,Jiang Quan,Liu Wei,etc.Keyword cluster analysis suggests that the main research hotspots are rheumatoid arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,etc.Conclusion In recent years,the research level of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for rheumatoid arthritis in China has been steadily improving.Emerging topics such as network pharmacology,signaling pathways,and therapeutic targets have become the focus of current research.In the future,more high-quality clinical studies are needed to standardize treatment protocols and improve therapeutic outcomes.
