摘　　要：目的探讨系统性院前急救联合院内绿色通道对急诊孕产妇的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2023年6月至2024年6月赣州市医疗急救中心医疗急救科收治的60例急诊孕产妇的临床资料,按照不同急救方法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用传统急救措施干预,观察组采用系统性院前急救联合院内绿色通道干预。比较两组孕产妇的抢救效率、抢救效果、妊娠结局和医疗纠纷发生率。结果观察组接诊时间、急救时间及生命体征恢复时间均短于对照组,抢救总有效率高于对照组,不良妊娠结局、医疗事件纠纷总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性院前急救联合院内绿色通道可提高对急诊孕产妇的抢救效率及效果,缩短接诊、急救及生命体征恢复时间,有助于改善母婴结局,减少医疗事件纠纷发生情况,安全可靠。Objective To explore the application effect of systematic pre-hospital first aid combined with green channel in hospital for emergency pregnant women.Methods The clinical data of 60 emergency pregnant women admitted to the Department of Medical Emergency of Ganzhou Medical Emergency Center from June 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different emergency methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional first aid measures,and the observation group was treated with systematic pre-hospital first aid combined with green channel in hospital.The rescue efficiency,rescue effect,pregnancy outcome and incidence of medical disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The reception time,first aid time and vital signs recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the total rescue effective rate was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidences of adverse pregnancy outcome and medical event disputes were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Systemic pre-hospital first aid combined with green channel in hospital can improve the rescue efficiency and effect of emergency pregnant women,shorten the time of reception,first aid and vital signs recovery,help to improve maternal and infant outcomes,reduce the occurrence of medical events disputes,and is safe and reliable.
