疤痕止痒软化乳膏联合脉冲激光治疗儿童早期增生性瘢痕的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究疤痕止痒软化乳膏联合脉冲激光治疗儿童早期增生性瘢痕的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月至2024年6月江西省儿童医院收治的134例儿童早期增生性瘢痕患儿作为研究对象,按照掷硬币法分为对照组(67例)与观察组(67例)。对照组给予脉冲激光治疗,观察组给予疤痕止痒软化乳膏+脉冲激光治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、瘢痕情况、瘙痒情况,以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率(94.03%)高于对照组(82.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的瘢痕评分、瘢痕厚度、瘙痒评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率(10.45%)低于对照组(23.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疤痕止痒软化乳膏联合脉冲激光治疗可显著提高儿童早期增生性瘢痕的临床治疗效果,改善其瘢痕程度、瘙痒状况,且不良反应少,可临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of Scar Antipruritic Softening Cream combined with pulsed laser in the treatment of early hypertrophic scars in children.Methods A total of 134 children with early hypertrophic scar admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the coin toss method,they were divided into control group(67 cases)and observation group(67 cases).The control group was treated with pulsed laser,and the observation group was treated with Scar Antipruritic Softening Cream+pulsed laser.The clinical efficacy,scar condition,pruritus,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.03%)was higher than that of the control group(82.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scar score,scar thickness and pruritus score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(10.45%)was lower than that in the control group(23.88%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scar Antipruritic Softening Cream combined with pulsed laser treatment can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of early hypertrophic scars in children,improve the degree of scar and pruritus,and has fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
