清肝降脂汤治疗肿瘤患者湿热蕴脾型高甘油三酯血症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究清肝降脂汤治疗肿瘤患者湿热蕴脾型高甘油三酯血症的临床效果。方法选取2023年7月至2024年5月毕节市中医医院收治的54例肿瘤合并湿热蕴脾型高甘油三酯血症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(27例)与对照组(27例)。观察组采用苯扎贝特联合清肝降脂汤治疗,对照组采用苯扎贝特治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、不良反应发生率、血脂水平、中医证候评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的各项中医证候评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肝降脂汤治疗肿瘤患者湿热蕴脾型高甘油三酯血症的临床效果十分显著,且能控制患者血脂水平,还可改善各项不良症状,值得研究和推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qinggan Jiangzhi Decoction on dampness-heat stagnating in spleen type hypertriglyceridemia in tumor patients.Methods A total of 54 patients with tumor complicated with dampness-heat stagnating in spleen type were selected from July 2023 to May 2024 in Bijie Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(27 cases)and control group(27 cases)according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with Bezafibrate combined with Qinggan Jiangzhi Decoction,and the control group was treated with Bezafibrate.The clinical effect,incidence of adverse reactions,blood lipid level and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of triglyceride(TG),serum total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinggan Jiangzhi Decoction has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of dampness-heat stagnating in spleen type hypertriglyceridemia in tumor patients,and can control the blood lipid level and improve various adverse symptoms,which is worthy of study and promotion.
