解郁安神丸治疗肝郁化火型不寐病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药制剂解郁安神丸治疗肝郁化火型不寐病的临床效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月就诊于亳州市中医院的60例肝郁化火型不寐病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予右佐匹克隆片治疗,试验组给予解郁安神丸治疗。比较两组治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分、过度觉醒量表(HAS)评分、中医症状积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果治疗4周后,两组PSQI评分、HAS评分、中医症状积分、HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于本组治疗前,且试验组上述评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解郁安神丸治疗肝郁化火型不寐病疗效佳,能改善患者睡眠质量,调畅患者情志,在临床上值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jieyu Anshen Pills,a traditional Chinese medicine preparation,on the treatment of insomnia with liver qi stagnation transforming into fire pattern.Methods Sixty insomnia patients with liver qi stagnation transforming into fire pattern treated in Bozhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Eszopiclone Tablets,while the experimental group was treated with Jieyu Anshen Pills.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores,hyperarousal scale(HAS)scores,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores,and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,PSQI score,HAS score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,HAMD score and HAMA score of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above scores of experimental group were lower than that of control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jieyu Anshen Pills have remarkable therapeutic effect on insomnia caused by liver qi stagnation transforming into fire pattern.They can improve the sleep quality of patients and regulate their emotions.This treatment is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
