火龙罐治疗寒湿痹阻证类风湿关节炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨火龙罐治疗寒湿痹阻证类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床效果。方法选取2023年6月至2024年6月阳江市中医医院收治的120例寒湿痹阻证RA患者为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为常规组与研究组,各60例。两组均接受基础治疗(非甾体抗炎药+免疫抑制剂),研究组在基础治疗上联合火龙罐治疗,疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗前后28个关节活动度评分(DAS 28)、数字评价量表(NRS)评分、寒湿痹阻证中医症状评分、生活质量[改良Barthel指数(MBI)],记录治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果治疗后两组DAS 28评分、NRS评分、寒湿痹阻证中医症状评分均低于本组治疗前,且研究组评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组MBI评分均高于本组治疗前,且研究组评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论火龙罐治疗寒湿痹阻证RA效果显著,能够有效改善关节活动度,减轻疼痛与症候严重程度,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of fire dragon pot therapy in treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA)with cold-dampness impediment syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with RA of cold-dampness impediment syndrome admitted to Yangjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into conventional group and study group by random envelope method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs+immunosuppressants),and the study group was additionally treated with fire dragon pot therapy,with a treatment course of 4 weeks.The joint disease activity score 28(DAS 28),numerical rating scale(NRS),traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of cold-damp impediment syndrome,and quality of life(modified Barthel index[MBI])were compared before and after treatment in both groups,and adverse reaction during treatment were recorded.Results After treatment,DAS 28 score,NRS score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of cold-dampness impediment syndrome in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of study group were lower than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MBI scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the score of study group was higher than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Fire dragon pot therapy is significantly effective in treating RA with cold-dampness impediment syndrome,effectively improving joint mobility,reducing pain and symptom severity,and enhancing the quality of life.
