六味消肿止痛汤熏洗联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗产妇炎症水肿型混合痔的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨六味消肿止痛汤熏洗联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗产妇炎症水肿型混合痔的效果。方法回顾性选取2022年1月至2024年6月福州市长乐区人民医院肛肠科收治的60例炎症水肿型混合痔的产妇作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方案将其分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组用马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂,观察组用六味消肿止痛汤熏洗联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后肛门肿胀评分、肛门疼痛评分、患者满意度。结果观察组肛门肿胀、肛门疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味消肿止痛汤联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗产妇炎症水肿型混合痔,有效减轻肛门肿胀和肛门疼痛,提高患者满意度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Liuwei Xiaozhong Zhitong Decoction fumigation and washing combined with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment on mixed hemorrhoids with inflammation and edema in parturients.Methods A total of 60 pregnant women with inflammatory edema mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the Department of Proctology of Fuzhou Changle District People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to different treatment regimens.The control group was treated with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment.The observation group was treated with Liuwei Xiaozhong Zhitong Decoction fumigation and washing combined with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment.Anal swelling score,anal pain score and patient satisfaction before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anal swelling and anal pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liuwei Xiaozhong Zhitong Decoction combined with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment can effectively reduce anal swelling and anal pain in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with inflammation and edema of parturients,and the satisfaction of patients is improved,it's worth promoting.
