柴葛解肌汤治疗小儿乳蛾的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨柴葛解肌汤治疗小儿乳蛾的临床价值。方法选取2023年6月至2024年5月肇庆市第二人民医院60例小儿乳蛾患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规头孢克肟治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用柴葛解肌汤治疗。观察两组患儿的临床疗效、热峰下降开始时间、发热症状消失时间、脓点消失时间、实验室指标变化情况、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组热峰下降开始时间、发热症状消失时间、脓点消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的全血白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的WBC、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柴葛解肌汤治疗小儿乳蛾能提高临床疗效,利于改善临床症状及减轻机体炎症反应程度,降低复发率,药物安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of Chaige Jieji Decoction in the treatment of pediatric tonsillitis in children.Methods A total of 60 children with pediatric tonsillitis who received treatment in Zhaoqing Second People's Hospital from June 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Cefixime,and the observation group was treated with Chaige Jieji Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,onset time of fever peak decline,disappearance time of fever symptoms,disappearance time of pus points,changes in laboratory indicators,recurrence rate,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The onset time of heat peak decline,the disappearance time of fever symptoms and the disappearance time of pus point in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in whole blood white blood cell(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of WBC and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chaige Jieji Decoction can improve clinical efficacy in treating pediatric tonsillitis,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the degree of inflammatory response,lower the recurrence rate,and has good drug safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
