中药贴敷治疗甲状腺结节的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的探究中药贴敷治疗甲状腺结节的有效性。方法选取2024年1月至6月江西省人民医院(南昌医学院第一附属医院)收治的100例痰结血瘀型甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为干预组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组采用一般治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上予以中药贴敷治疗,两组患者均连续治疗3个月。比较两组临床效果、中医证候积分、甲状腺超声检查结果及安全性。结果干预组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组结节数目少于对照组,结节最长直径、两叶前后径均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组治疗期间出现敷贴脱落、药物渗漏各1例,未出现皮肤过敏,不良反应总发生率为4.00%(2/50),经处理后各症状均消失。结论中药贴敷在甲状腺结节患者治疗中获得较好效果,能够有效缓解患者临床症状,缩小结节体积,减少结节数目,安全性高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine application in the treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 100 patients with phlegm-blood stasis type thyroid nodules admitted to Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital(the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang Medical College)from January to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into intervention group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received general treatment,and the intervention group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,thyroid ultrasonography and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of intervention group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of nodules in the intervention group was less than that in the control group,and the longest diameter of nodules and diameters of both lobes were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).In the intervention group,there was 1 case of dressing off and 1 case of drug leakage during treatment,no skin allergy occurred,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%(2/50).All symptoms disappeared after treatment.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine applied in the treatment of thyroid nodule patients has a good effect,can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the volume of nodules,reduce the number of nodules,high safety,worthy of promotion and application.
