柴归汤研究热点与趋势的知识图谱可视化分析

摘　　要：目的基于CiteSpace软件对柴归汤进行可视化分析,挖掘其研究热点并探讨研究趋势。方法检索2009年1月1日至2024年12月31日中国知网、维普、万方数据库所收录的关于“柴归汤”文献,使用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件对作者、单位、关键词进行计量分析后绘制、分析知识图谱。结果共纳入77篇有效文献,发文量呈起伏上升趋势;该领域形成14位核心作者群,发文量37篇,占总发文量的48.05%;共纳入68家研究单位,发文量最多的单位为南京中医药大学(8篇);共纳入105个关键词,中心性最高的关键词为“柴归汤”“小柴胡汤”,形成临床疗效、方证、小柴胡汤、方证等8个聚类,经方、湿疹、病因病机为最近突现词。结论柴归汤在临床疾病中的治疗效果是研究者关注的重点,对于相同病因病机的不同疾病临床疗效及联合多元化治疗方案的临床观察将会成为研究热点。Objective To visually analysis Chaigui Decoction based on CiteSpace software,and to explore its research hotspots and research trends.Methods The articles of Chaigui Decoction collected by CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database from January 1,2009 to December 31,2024 was searched.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to conduct quantitative analysis of authors,institutions and key words,and then was used to draw and analyze the knowledge graph.Results A total of 77 valid articles were included,and the number of published articles showed an upward trend.A group of 14 core authors were formed in this field,and 37 articles were published,accounting for 48.05%of the total number of articles.A total of 68 research institutions were included,and the institution with the largest number of articles was Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine(8 articles).A total of 105 key words were included,and the key words with the highest centrality were"Chaigui Decoction"and"Xiaochaihu Decoction",forming 8 clusters such as clinical efficacy,prescription syndrome,Xiaochaihu Decoction,prescription syndrome,etc.Jingfang,eczema,and etiology and pathogenesis were the most recent emerging words.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Chaigui Decoction in clinical diseases is the focus of researchers,and the clinical observation of the clinical efficacy of different diseases with the same etiology and pathogenesis and the combination of diversified treatment plans will become a research hotspot.
