摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道输尿管激光碎石术(URL)患者术后主观幸福感(SWB)水平的影响因素。方法选取2022年10月至2024年2月在九江市第一人民医院行URL的84例患者作为研究对象。评估所有患者术后SWB水平[纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUN-HS)],比较不同资料特征URL术患者术后的MUN-HS评分,重点分析URL术患者术后SWB水平的影响因素。结果84例行URL术后患者的MUN-HS评分为(26.75±3.87)分;不同家庭人均月收入、心理弹性、社会支持及文化水平URL术后患者的MUN-HS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,社会支持低(B=-4.051,β=-0.843,95%CI:-4.618~-3.484)、家庭人均月收入低(B=-3.000,β=-0.385,95%CI:-4.591~-1.409)、心理弹性低(B=-3.500,β=-0.450,95%CI:-5.085~-1.915)及文化水平低(B=-3.906,β=-0.828,95%CI:-4.487~-3.325)是行URL患者SWB水平的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论URL术患者术后的SWB水平较低,可能与心理弹性低、家庭人均月收入低、社会支持低及文化水平低有关。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of postoperative subjective well-being(SWB)in patients undergoing transurethral ureteral laser lithotripsy(URL).Methods A total of 84 patients who underwent URL in the First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from October 2022 to February 2024 were selected to evaluate the postoperative SWB level of all patients(Memorial University of Newfoundland scale of happiness[MUN-HS])and the MUN-HS scores of patients with different data characteristics after URL were compared.The influencing factors of SWB level in patients with URL surgery were analyzed.Results The MUN-HS score of 84 patients after URL operation was(26.75±3.87)points.Monthly per capita family income,psychological resilience,social support and cultural level of different families were compared with postoperative MUN-HS scores,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed low social support(B=-4.051,β=-0.843,95%CI:-4.618--3.484),low monthly per capita family income(B=-3.000,β=-0.385,95%CI:-4.591--1.409),low psychological resilience(B=-3.500,β=-0.450,95%CI:-5.085--1.915)and low cultural level(B=-3.906,β=-0.828,95%CI:-4.487--3.325)were independent influencing risk factors for SWB level in patients undergoing URL(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of SWB after URL is low,which may be related to low mental resilience,low monthly per capita family income,low social support and low cultural level.
