摘　　要：目的探讨风阳上扰证中风患者在治疗期间接受针对性康复护理干预的临床价值。方法选取2023年1月至2024年6月宜春市第二人民医院康复科收治的60例风阳上扰证中风患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上增加实施针对性康复护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度、护理前后生活质量。结果观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风阳上扰证中风患者,在治疗期间接受针对性康复护理干预效果明显,对患者生活质量具有改善作用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of targeted rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with stroke diagnosed as wind-yang disturbance syndrome during treatment.Methods A total of 60 stroke patients with wind-yang disturbance syndrome admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation of Yichun Second People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine care,while those in the observation group were given targeted rehabilitation nursing interventions in addition to routine care.Nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results The nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Stroke patients with wind-yang disturbance syndrome demonstrated significant improvement after receiving targeted rehabilitation nursing interventions during treatment,indicating a positive effect on their quality of life.
