摘　　要：积极的健康行为对于预防疾病和促进康复至关重要。针对慢性病的健康促进行为可以显著降低其发病率、致残率和死亡率。健康行为改变的多理论模型(MTM)的相关研究表明,该模型在慢性病管理中具有显著的应用潜力,能有效促进个体和社区的健康行为改变。既往MTM主要应用于药物使用和项目治疗等领域,现在其应用范围已扩展至提高癌症筛查率、促进健康饮食和体力活动、改善慢性病患者的自我管理等方面。尽管MTM在慢性病管理中的应用取得了一定成效,但仍存在疾病种类单一和样本量有限的问题。尚待解决的问题包括如何更好地重新定义MTM中的建构、改进测量方法,以及如何将社会环境变化纳入模型以提高其预测性和实用性。建议未来的研究方向应聚焦于MTM在更多慢性疾病中的应用,进行大样本验证,并探索结合移动健康和可穿戴设备的应用,以实现慢性病管理的个性化和精准化。此外,研究还应考虑应用先进的统计方法和机器学习技术,以增强MTM的预测能力。Positive health behaviors are essential to prevent disease and promote recovery.Health promotion behaviors that target chronic diseases can significantly reduce their morbidity,disability,and mortality.The research on the multi-theoretical model of health behavior change(MTM)shows that this model has significant application potential in chronic disease management,and can effectively promote the health behavior change of individuals and communities.In the past,MTM was mainly used in areas such as drug use and program therapy,but now its application has expanded to improve cancer screening rates,promote healthy diet and physical activity,and improve self-management of patients with chronic diseases.Although the application of MTM in chronic disease management has achieved some results,there are still problems of single disease types and limited sample size.Issues still to be addressed include how to better redefine constructs in the MTM,improve measurement methods,and how to incorporate changes in the social environment into the model to make it more predictive and useful.It is suggested that future research directions should focus on the application of MTM in more chronic diseases,conduct large sample verification,and explore the application of combining mobile health and wearable devices to achieve personalized and accurate chronic disease management.In addition,research should consider applying advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to enhance the predictive power of MTM.
