乙型病毒性肝炎患者进行两对半检验的准确率评价

摘　　要：目的研究两对半检验对乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)的诊断作用。方法25例疑似乙肝患者,均实施两对半检验。分析乙肝疾病检出率,以病毒DNA定量检验结果为乙肝诊断金标准,分析两对半检验的诊断准确率。结果25例疑似乙肝患者经两对半检验,大三阳检出1例、检出率为4.00%,小三阳检出15例、检出率为60.00%,其他检出1例、检出率为4.00%,乙肝检出率为68.00%(17/25)。病毒DNA定量检验结果显示,阳性18例、阴性7例;两对半检验结果显示,阳性17例、阴性8例。以病毒DNA定量检验结果为金标准,两对半检验对乙肝的诊断准确率为88.00%(22/25)。结论使用两对半检验方式对乙肝进行诊断具有较高的检出率,疾病诊断效果良好,在乙肝疾病诊断中存在较高适用性,有显著应用价值。Objective To study the role of two and a half tests for the diagnosis viral hepatitis B.Methods Two and a half tests were performed in 25 patients with suspected viral hepatitis B.The detection rate of hepatitis B disease was analyzed,and the diagnostic accuracy of two and a half test was analyzed with the results of quantitative test of viral DNA as the gold standard for viral hepatitis B diagnosis.Results Among the 25 suspected viral hepatitis B patients,1 case was HBsAb,HBeAg and HBcAb positive,with a detection rate of 4.00%,15 cases were HBsAg,anti-HBeAg,anti-HBcAg positive,with a detection rate of 60.00%,and 1 case was positive for others,with a detection rate of 4.00%.The detection rate of viral hepatitis B was 68.00%(17/25).The quantitative test results of virus DNA showed that 18 cases were positive and 7 cases were negative.The results of two-and-a-half test showed that 17 cases were positive and 8 cases were negative.The diagnostic accuracy of two-and-a-half test for viral hepatitis B was 88.00%(22/25)with the results of quantitative test of viral DNA as the gold standard.Conclusion The use of two and a half tests for diagnosis of viral hepatitis B has a high detection rate,good diagnosis effect,high applicability in diagnosis of hepatitis B disease,and contains significant application value.
