重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片联合微波治疗宫颈炎合并高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片联合微波治疗宫颈炎合并高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的效果。方法选择80例宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染患者,随机分为对照组(40例,接受常规微波治疗)和观察组(40例,接受重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片联合微波治疗)。对比两组患者+平均HPV病毒载量,治疗后症状评分,治疗前后炎性因子水平,治疗后CD3细胞分数和超敏C反应蛋白水平,治疗前后健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果治疗后,观察组的平均HPV病毒载量(12000±5000)copies/μl明显低于对照组的(18000±6000)copies/μl(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的炎症、疼痛、出血评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IL-6(102.11±20.14)pg/ml、IL-10(70.09±7.11)pg/ml、IL-1β(102.45±20.09)pg/ml、TNF-α(122.34±26.35)ng/ml明显低于对照组的(177.24±22.16)pg/ml、(83.25±10.05)pg/ml、(137.36±23.16)pg/ml、(211.28±30.25)ng/ml(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CD3^(+)细胞分数(2001.32±23.15)μl明显高于对照组的(877.35±20.11)μl,超敏C反应蛋白(4.23±0.25)mg/L明显低于对照组的(7.13±0.45)mg/L(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后精神健康评分(83.34±4.10)分、总体健康评分(83.80±4.17)分、生理功能评分(83.33±4.78)分均明显高于对照组的(70.09±3.45)、(72.17±3.77)、(72.39±3.90)分(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片联合微波治疗宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染患者的效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of recombinant human interferonα2b vaginal effervescent tablets combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of cervicitis complicated with high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 80 patients with cervicitis complicated with HPV infection were selected and randomly assigned to a control group(40 cases,receiving conventional microwave therapy)and an observation group(40 cases,receiving recombinant human interferonα2b vaginal effervescent tablets combined with microwave therapy).Comparison of mean HPV viral load,symptom score after treatment,inflammatory factor+levels before and after treatment,CD3 cell fraction and hypersensitive C-reactive protein levels after treatment,and 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)score before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,the mean HPV viral load in the observation group was(12000±5000)copies/μl,which was significantly lower than(18000±6000)copies/μl in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of inflammation,pain and bleeding in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had IL-6 of(102.11±20.14)pg/ml,IL-10 of(70.09±7.11)pg/ml,IL-1βof(102.45±20.09)pg/ml,and TNF-αof(122.34±26.35)ng/ml,which were significantly lower than(177.24±22.16)pg/ml,(83.25±10.05)pg/ml,(137.36±23.16)pg/ml,and(211.28±30.25)ng/ml in the control group(P<0.05).+After treatment,the observation group had a significantly higher CD3 cell fraction of(2001.32±23.15)μl than(877.35±20.11)μl in the control group,and a significantly lower hypersensitive C-reactive protein of(4.23±0.25)mg/L than(7.13±0.45)mg/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mental health score in the observation group was(83.34±4.10)points,the overall health score was(83.80±4.17)points,and the physiological function score was(83.33±4.78)points,which were significantly higher than(70.09±3.45),(72.17±3.77),and(72.39±3.90)points in the co
