温针灸治疗中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探析针灸治疗中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果。方法70例中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者,根据随机数字法分为参照组和治疗组,每组35例。参照组患者予以常规康复治疗,治疗组患者予以温针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、上肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(SFMA)评分、Barthel指数评分、肌张力情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率94.29%显著高于参照组的77.14%,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者SFMA评分(31.01±4.05)分、Barthel指数评分(65.97±6.88)分高于参照组的(22.26±3.04)、(56.34±6.06)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组Ashworth分级优于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论为中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者用温针灸方法治疗的疗效确切,能够进一步促进其肢体痉挛的缓解,以及活动能力、生活质量的提高,可以在临床中推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of warm acupuncture on spastic paralysis of upper limb after stroke.Methods 70 patients with spastic paralysis of upper limb after stroke were divided into reference group and treatment group according to random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional rehabilitation,and the treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,simplified Fugel-Meyer assessment(SFMA)score,Barthel index score and muscle tone were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(94.29%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(77.14%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group had SFMA score of(31.01±4.05)points and Barthel index score of(65.97±6.88)points,which were higher than(22.26±3.04)and(56.34±6.06)points in the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Ashworth grading in the treatment group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of spastic paralysis of upper limbs after stroke,the application of warm acupuncture has a remarkable effect,which can promote the relief of limb spasm,improve the activity ability and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
