潞党参口服液对晚期恶性肿瘤癌因性疲乏患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨潞党参口服液对晚期恶性肿瘤癌因性疲乏患者生活质量的影响。方法100例晚期恶性肿瘤癌因性疲乏患者,依据干预方法不同分为潞党参口服液组、常规化疗方案组,各50例。常规化疗方案组患者依据最新美国国家综合癌症网(NCCN)指南中常规化疗方案用药,潞党参口服液组患者在常规化疗方案开始实施前1周口服潞党参口服液。比较两组癌因性疲乏评分、生活质量评分、免疫功能指标、外周血指标、满意度。结果干预后,两组患者的认知疲乏、知觉疲乏、情感疲乏、行为疲乏评分及总分均低于干预前,且潞党参口服液组认知疲乏评分(2.63±1.95)分、知觉疲乏评分(2.44±1.28)分、情感疲乏评分(3.35±1.56)分、行为疲乏评分(2.13±1.23)分及总分(2.64±1.82)分均低于常规化疗方案组的(5.90±1.98)、(5.54±1.57)、(6.54±1.32)、(5.13±1.43)、(5.78±1.61)分(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的恶心呕吐、疼痛、腹泻、便秘、吞咽困难、疲劳、睡眠障碍、食欲丧失、经济困难评分均低于干预前,躯体、角色、认知、情感、社会、总体健康状况评分均高于干预前,且潞党参口服液组患者的恶心呕吐、疼痛、腹泻、便秘、吞咽困难、疲劳、睡眠障碍、食欲丧失、经济困难评分均低于常规化疗方案组,躯体、角色、认知、情感、社会、总体健康状况评分均高于常规化疗方案组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)+均高于干预前,CD8均低于干预前,且潞党参口服液组患者的CD3^(+)(48.77±2.33)%、CD4^(+)(29.44±4.73)%、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.43±0.26)均高于常规化疗方案组的(46.55±2.22)%、(26.12±3.88)%、(1.30±0.30),CD8^(+)(21.08±1.10)%低于常规化疗方案组的(22.88±1.55)%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的淋巴细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、白细胞计数、血红蛋白水平均高于干预前,且潞党参口服液组患者的淋巴细胞计�Objective To explore the effect of Ludangshen oral liquid on quality of life of advanced malignant tumor patients with cancer-related fatigue.Methods According to different intervention methods,100 cases of advanced malignant tumor patients with cancer-related fatigue were divided into Ludangshen oral liquid group and conventional chemotherapy group,each consisting of 50 cases patients.Patients in conventional chemotherapy group were treated with conventional chemotherapy according to the latest National Comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN)guidelines,while patients in Ludangshen oral liquid group were treated with Ludangshen oral liquid 1 week prior to conventional chemotherapy.Cancer-related fatigue score,quality of life score,immune function index,peripheral blood index and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the cognitive fatigue,perceptual fatigue,emotional fatigue,behavioral fatigue scores and total score of the patients in both groups were lower than those before the intervention;in Ludangshen oral liquid group,the cognitive fatigue score was(2.63±1.95)points,the perceptual fatigue score was(2.44±1.28)points,the emotional fatigue score was(3.35±1.56)points,the behavioral fatigue score was(2.13±1.23)points,and the total score was(2.64±1.82)points,which were lower than(5.90±1.98),(5.54±1.57),(6.54±1.32),(5.13±1.43),and(5.78±1.61)points in conventional chemotherapy group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of nausea and vomiting,pain,diarrhea,constipation,dysphagia,fatigue,sleep disorders,loss of appetite,and financial difficulties in both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of physical,role,cognitive,emotional,social,and general health status were higher than those before the intervention;the scores of nausea and vomiting,pain,diarrhea,constipation,dysphagia,fatigue,sleep disorders,loss of appetite,and financial difficulties in Ludangshen oral liquid group were lower than those in conventional chemotherapy group,and the
