临床药学干预对某三甲医院抗菌药物使用强度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析在某三甲医院通过开展临床药学干预对抗菌药物使用强度(AUD)的影响。方法300例行抗菌药物治疗患者,依据临床药学干预开展时间分为对照组(临床药学干预前,2023年1~9月)、观察组(临床药学干预后,2023年10月~2024年5月),各150例。对照组未进行临床药学干预,观察组进行临床药学干预。对比两组的抗菌药物使用强度、不合理用药发生率以及药物不良反应发生率。结果对照组的抗菌药物使用强度为(53.62±0.98)DDDs/(100人·d),观察组为(38.16±0.59)DDDs/(100人·d),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不合理用药发生率0.67%低于对照组的6.00%(P<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应发生率1.33%低于对照组的7.33%(P<0.05)。结论通过开展临床药学干预能够有效降低抗菌药物使用强度,预防不合理用药并提升患者的用药安全性。Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pharmaceutical intervention on the antibiotics use density(AUD)in a third class hospital.Methods 300 patients receiving antibacterial treatment were divided into control group(before clinical pharmaceutical intervention,January to September 2023)and observation group(after clinical pharmaceutical intervention,October 2023 to May 2024)according to the time of clinical pharmaceutical intervention,each with 150 cases.The control group received no clinical pharmaceutical intervention,while the observation group received clinical pharmaceutical intervention.The antibiotics use density,the incidence of irrational drug use and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The antibiotics use density in the control group was(53.62±0.98)DDDs/(100 patient·d),and that in the observation group was(38.16±0.59)DDDs/(100 patient·d),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group was 0.67%,which was lower than 6.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions(1.33%)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(7.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmaceutical intervention can effectively reduce the antibiotics use density,prevent irrational drug use and improve the medication safety of patients.
