无创通气治疗急性呼吸衰竭的研究进展

摘　　要：无创通气(NIV)由于其无创性,可避免气管插管,且并发症少,对急性呼吸衰竭(ARF)患者应用广泛,在提升治疗效果的同时可以显著缩短住院时间,减少插管率,降低病死率,目前已成为ARF的一线治疗手段。本文围绕国内外关于NIV对治疗ARF的相关临床研究及最新进展进行综述,为提高ARF的NIV治疗个体化和减少气管插管提供证据。Non-invasive ventilation(NIV)is widely used in patients with acute respiratory failure(ARF)because of its non-invasive nature,avoiding tracheal intubation and producing fewer complications.It has been the first-line treatment of ARF,which can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the time of hospitalization,reduce the rate of intubation and decrease the mortality.This article reviews the relevant clinical studies and the latest progress of NIV in the treatment of ARF,and provides evidence for improving the individualization of NIV treatment and reducing endotracheal intubation.
