摘  要:为科学地解决阿尔茨海默症(AD)患者在使用辅助记忆产品的情感化诉求,提出一种基于AHP-QFD模型对AD患者辅助记忆产品进行设计研究。首先,采用访谈法、观察法和文献分析法等方法,收集AD患者使用辅助记忆产品的需求,并结合情感化设计理论进行需求要素的归纳分析。其次,采用AHP法构建需求层次结构模型,量化各需求要素权重并检验一致性,进一步通过QFD法将用户需求转化为具体设计特征,构建质量屋以指导设计实践。研究形成了从定性分析到定量转化的系统性设计路径,有效降低主观性的影响,提升产品的使用体验和科学性,为AD患者辅助记忆产品的设计应用提供新的思路和参考。In order to scientifi cally address the emotional appeal of Alzheimer's disease□AD□patients in the use of assisted memory products,the study proposes a design of assisted memory products for AD patients based on the AHP-QFD model.Firstly,methods such as interview,observation and literature analysis are used to collect the needs of AD patients in using assisted memory products,and the emotional design theory is combined with the inductive analysis of the demand elements.Secondly,the AHP method is used to construct a demand hierarchy model,quantify the weights of each demand element and check the consistency,and further transform user demands into specifi c design features through QFD,and construct a quality house to guide the design practice.The study forms a systematic design path from qualitative analysis to quantitative transformation,effectively reduces the infl uence of subjectivity,improves the product experience and scientifi city,and provides new ideas and references for the design and application of assisted memory products for AD patients.
