摘 要:新现实主义作为战后文学的重要潮流,融合了19世纪现实主义的细致观察与20世纪现代主义的形式创新,还受到了电影艺术特别是新现实主义电影的影响。这种电影通过摄像机呈现的普世性视角及完整的真实,推动了文学对现实本质的探索。现代主义、新现实主义与电影的共生发展可追溯至英国现代主义早期。弗吉尼亚·伍尔夫从无声电影中汲取灵感,推动小说形式创新;格雷厄姆·格林则借助电影媒介更新现实主义表达方式。从文学与电影新现实主义的联动视角来看伍尔夫与格林在创作转向与思想形成上的交汇,有助于理解新现实主义文学在英国的起源及其与现代主义共存共生的独特性。电影作为催化剂,促成了这两种文学潮流的对话与融合,同时推动了“现实”艺术表现的不断演进。Neorealism,as a significant postwar literary trend,combines the meticulous observation of 19th-century realism with the formal innovations of 20th-century modernism and is also influenced by cinematic art,especially by neorealist cinema.This genre of film,with its universal perspective captured through the camera and its depiction of unembellished reality,has driven literature to explore the essence of reality more deeply.The symbiotic relationship among modernism,neorealism and cinema can be traced back to the early days of British modernism.Virginia Woolf drew inspiration from silent films to revolutionize novelistic forms,while Graham Greene expanded the expressive possibilities of realism through cinematic techniques.From the perspective of the interaction between literature and neorealist cinema,this essay explores the creative and intellectual intersections between Woolf and Greene to illuminate the origins of neorealist fiction in Britain and also to highlight its unique coexistence with modernism.Cinema serves as a catalyst,fostering dialogue and convergence between these two literary movements while propelling the ongoing renovation of""reality"in artistic expression.
