基于CiteSpace中青年脑卒中研究现状及热点的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的借助CiteSpace软件对近30年中青年脑卒中的研究现状、热点及趋势进行可视化分析。方法以CNKI数据库为搜索来源,利用CiteSpace 6.2.R4可视化分析软件对近30年中青年脑卒中的研究进行可视化分析,探讨相关研究的发文趋势、作者发文量、作者机构分布、关键词并对其进行可视化分析。结果纳入891篇文章,发文量最高的作者是张振香,郑州大学护理与健康学院是中青年脑卒中的重要研究机构,主要的研究热点是中青年脑卒中的危险因素、病因、分型等。结论本研究对中青年脑卒中现阶段的研究进展提供了一系列总结和归纳,为研究者提供了有效的、可快速利用的信息。Objective To visualize and analyze the current status,hotspots and trends of research on stroke in young and middle-aged people in the past 30 years with the help of Cite Space software.Methods The CNKI database was used as the search source,and Cite Space 6.2.R4 visual analysis software was used to visualize and analyze the studies on stroke in young and middle-aged people in the past 30 years,exploring the number of publications,authors,institutional distribution,and keywords of related studies.Results 891 articles were included,and the author with the highest posting volume was Zhenxiang Zhang,and the School of Nursing and Health of Zhengzhou University is an important institution for stroke in young and middle-aged people,and the main research hotspots are the risk factors,etiology,and typology of stroke in young and middleaged people.Conclusion This study provides a series of summaries and generalizations of the current stage of research progress on stroke in young and middle-aged people,providing researchers with valuable information that is effective and can be used quickly.
