摘  要:针对江汉平原乡村水环境污染现状,借鉴ICU理念,提出流域斑块式生态修复和综合整治模式。基于野外调查法、水质标识指数评价法和空间插值法,分析天门市麻洋镇的水污染特征,结合其自然资源禀赋与社会经济现状提出并开展系统的修复与整治方法。研究结果表明:研究区水体已全面污染,且存在明显的空间差异性;水质污染程度与人类活动及灌排体系关系密切,污染的主要成因是已污染的上游来水、自身农田尾水与养殖污水以及居民生活污水;在流域综合治理现实需求中以斑块为单元,提出了“域外生态隔离+域内系统修复”的ICU综合整治模式,基于土地利用结构优化、土地权属调整、产业升级以及生态工程布局等整治方法与措施可有效修复流域水环境。In response to the current state of rural water pollution in the Jianghan Plain, a watershed patchy ecological restoration and comprehensive management model is proposed, drawing on the ICU concept. Utilizing field survey methodologies, water quality identification index evaluations, and spatial interpolation techniques, the characteristics of water pollution in Mayang Town, Tianmen City are analyzed, with systematic restoration and management methods developed considering its natural resource endowment and socio-economic status. Findings reveal that: water bodies in the study area are uniformly polluted, exhibiting significant spatial disparities;the degree of water pollution correlates closely with human activities and irrigation systems, with primary sources including polluted upstream water, agricultural runoff, aquaculture effluents, and domestic sewage;addressing the practical requirements of comprehensive watershed management, an ICU-based integrated management model of “ecological isolation outside the domain + internal system restoration” is proposed at the patch level, incorporating measures such as optimizing land use structure, adjusting land ownership, upgrading industries, and implementing ecological engineering layouts to effectively restore the water environment.
