摘 要:针对国土整治项目实施影响区域人地关系及区域生态环境的问题,以土地利用碳效应为研究视角,从时间维度切入,采用物料衡算法和生态系统类型法,围绕国土整治工程施工碳效应、地类转换碳效应及农田管护碳效应,对国土整治项目区产生的碳汇及碳排放进行分析核算。同时评估项目区整治前后的生态环境状况。结果表明:(1)案例区国土整治项目工程施工产生的净碳排放量约为15 963.65 t;(2)国土整治地类转换既产生碳汇效应,也伴随碳排放效应,整体上呈现碳汇增长趋势,碳汇值增加377.71 t;(3)国土整治项目实施后,农田生态系统固碳能力显著提升。(4)在生态环境方面,与实施项目前相比,生物丰度指数、植被覆盖指数及区域生态环境质量指数均有下降。总体上,国土整治项目实施后,项目区总体呈现碳排放效应,且短期内对区域生态环境产生一定负面影响,后续需通过生态修复等工程措施对项目区进行持续的生态管护。In response to the problem of the implementation of land consolidation projects affecting regional human-land relations and the regional ecological environment.This study approaches the analysis from the perspective of the carbon effects of land use, within time as a key analytical dimension. By employing the material balance method and ecosystem type method, we assess and quantify the carbon sinks and emissions arising from three key aspects of land consolidation: project construction, land use conversion and farmland management and protection.Simultaneously evaluate the ecological environment conditions before and after land consolidation of the project area. The results showed that:(1) Net carbon emissions from land consolidation project construction in the study area amounted to approximately 15,963.65 t;(2)Land-use conversion within the project generated both carbon sink and carbon emission effects, with a net increase in carbon sink by 377.71 tons, indicating an overall trend of carbon sequestration growth;(3)Upon completion of the land consolidation project, the carbon sequestration capacity of farmland ecosystems was significantly enhanced;(4) However, a comparison of ecological conditions before and after project implementation revealed declines in the biodiversity index, vegetation cover index, and overall regional ecological quality index. Overall, Following the completion of the land consolidation project, the project area, exhibited a net carbon emission effect. While the project positively influenced carbon sequestration in farmland ecosystems, it also had short-term negative impacts on the regional ecological environment.,Long-term management, including ecological restoration and engineering measures, is required to mitigate these effects and ensure sustainable ecological protection in the project area.
