摘　　要：针对当前研究缺少全面考虑生态系统结构、质量、功能等对生态安全格局构建的综合影响的问题。以温宿县为研究区,通过构建“景观结构-生态质量-生态功能”生态源地识别指标体系,结合热点分析、形态学空间格局分析(MSPA)以及电路理论构建区域生态安全格局并进行优化。温宿县综合生态状况较好的区域主要集中在西南部绿洲与天山南麓区域,中部与东南部戈壁综合生态状况较差;共识别出生态源地25个,总面积1 657.53 km^(2),生态廊道52条,共计641.27 km^(2),生态夹点25个,生态障碍点13个;构建了“三区两点两屏”的温宿县生态安全格局,并根据分区特点提出了相应策略。研究结果可为温宿县国土空间优化和生态保护修复工作提供参考。To address the lack of comprehensive consideration of the integrated impact of ecosystem structure, quality and function on the construction of ecological security patterns in current research. This article toke Wensu County as the study area, and built a regional ecological security pattern and optimized it by constructing an ecological source identification index system, combined hotspot analysis, morphological spatial pattern analysis(MSPA)and circuit theory. In Wensu County, the areas with good ecological status were mainly concentrated in the oasis in the southwest and the southern foothills of the Tianshan Mountains, while the central and southeastern gobi had poor ecological status. 25 ecological source areas with a total area of 1,657.53 km^(2),52 ecological corridors with a total area of 641.27 km^(2),25 ecological pinch points, and 13 ecological obstacles were identified. The ecological security pattern of Wensu County is constructed as “three zones, two points and two screens”,and corresponding strategies were proposed according to the characteristics of the zones. The results of the study can provide reference for the optimization of land space and ecological protection and restoration in Wensu County.
