摘  要:针对鲁中南山地丘陵区生态保护红线布局优化的问题,以典型县临朐县为例,耦合“供给-需求-敏感性”构建生态安全格局。通过定量指标验证生态安全格局的有效性,并评估生态保护红线的成效。本文划定392.79 km2生态源地,59.01%的源地未被纳入红线,部分斑块破碎,识别出10条重要廊道和102条次要廊道,其中93.11%未受到有效保护。建议划设生态保护红线增补区,将重要及次要廊道纳入保护范围。研究为鲁中南山地丘陵区生态安全格局构建与红线评估提供了科学依据。To address the optimization of the ecological protection redline layout in the mountainous and hilly region of central and southern Shandong,this study took Linqu County as a representative case.The“supply-demand-sensitivity”framework was coupled to construct an ecological security pattern.Quantitative indicators were used to verify the effectiveness of the ecological security pattern,along with an assessment of the ecological protection redline outcomes.A total of 392.79 km~2 of ecological source areas were delineated,with 59.01%of these sources lying outside the redline,and certain patches showing fragmentation.Ten major corridors and 102 secondary corridors were identified,of which 93.11%were not effectively protected.Recommendations included the designation of ecological redline supplementary areas to incorporate both major and secondary corridors within the protection scope.This study provided scientific evidence for the construction of ecological security patterns and redline assessment in the mountainous and hilly areas of central and southern Shandong.
