摘 要:针对区县层级国土空间生态保护修复规划工作需求和生态保护修复问题难定位、目标难量化、任务难落实等现实问题,提出了生态系统重要性-退化度-恢复力集成的生态综合评价方法,并结合重庆市开州区国土空间生态保护修复规划编制实践开展了应用研究。该方法有助于系统认识全域国土空间结构和生态安全格局,精准识别生态保护修复重点区域、关键问题和修复方向,能高效支撑生态保护修复目标任务制定和空间布局安排等。本文提出的生态综合评价方法能为持续深化开展生态综合评价支撑国土空间生态修复规划编制研究等提供有益借鉴。In view of the needs of county-level land space ecological restoration planning and the problems of difficult to locate ecological restoration problems, quantify objectives and implement tasks, an ecological comprehensive evaluation method of ecosystem importance, degradation and resilience was put forward, and its application was studied in land space ecological restoration planning of Chongqing Kaizhou. The results show that the ecological comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper is helpful to systematically understand the spatial structure and ecological security pattern, accurately identify the key areas, key problems and directions of ecological restoration, and can efficiently support the formulation of objectives and tasks of ecological restoration and the arrangement of spatial layout. It can also provide a useful reference for the continuous deepening research of ecological comprehensive evaluation to support the land space ecological restoration planning.
