摘　　要：伊美司他是由美国杰龙公司开发的一种寡核苷酸端粒酶抑制剂,主要用于治疗骨髓恶性血液病。2024年6月由FDA批准用于患有低至中等风险骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的成人患者。本文从伊美司他的作用机制、药动学及临床疗效评价等多个方面探讨伊美司他对MDS治疗的作用和安全性。Imetelstat is an oligonucleotide telomerase inhibitor developed by Geron Corporation in the United States for the treatment of myeloid haematological malignancies.It was approved by the FDA in June 2024 for use in adult patients with low to intermediate risk myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS).In this article,we discuss the role and safety of imetelstat in the treatment of MDS from a number of aspects,including its mechanism of action,pharmacokinetics,and clinical efficacy evaluation.
