摘　　要：塔奎托单抗是强生公司研发的针对G蛋白偶联受体C类5成员D(GPRC5D)的双特异性抗体药物,通过激活CD3阳性T细胞,诱导T细胞对GPRC5D阳性多发性骨髓瘤(MM)细胞进行杀伤。其于2023年8月先后于美国和欧盟获批上市,用于治疗复发或难治性MM。本文从塔奎托单抗的药理作用与作用机制、临床研究现状及进展等多方面讨论塔奎托单抗在MM治疗中的潜在有益作用、长期疗效和安全性。Talquetamab,a bispecial antibody drug developed by Johnson&Johnson targeting GPRC5D,induces T cells to kill GPRC5D-positive multiple myeloma(MM)cells by activating CD3-positive T cells.It was approved for marketing in the United States and the European Union in August 2023 for the treatment of relapsed or refractory MM.In this review,the potential beneficial effects,long-term efficacy and safety of talquetamab in MM management are discussed from the aspects of pharmacological action,mechanism of action,and status and Progress in clinical research.
