摘 要:目的探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇对支气管肺炎患儿通气功能、炎症指标的影响。方法将2021年7月至2022年7月成都市妇女儿童中心医院收治的支气管肺炎患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组予布地奈德治疗,观察组予布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗。对比两组患儿治疗前及治疗7 d后的通气功能、总有效率、自然杀伤细胞(NK)水平及与炎症指标变化情况。结果共纳入82例患者,每组41例。治疗后观察组的潮气量[(7.83±0.81)mL/kg]、呼气时间[(1.41±0.30)s]高于对照组[(7.17±0.86)mL/kg、(1.25±0.32)s],呼吸频率[(27.34±3.42)次/min]低于对照组[(29.12±3.45)次/min],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组NK细胞水平(11.12%±1.24%)高于对照组(10.07%±1.73%),而自然杀伤T细胞水平(0.76%±0.25%)、白细胞计数(6.04×10^(9)/L±1.23×10^(9)/L)、C反应蛋白[(8.15±2.21)mg/L]及IL-6水平[(39.41±3.27)pg/mL]低于对照组[0.88%±0.26%、8.90×10^(9)/L±1.21×10^(9)/L、(13.97±2.15)mg/L、(46.15±4.31)pg/mL],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的82.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗支气管肺炎患儿可有效改善通气功能,减轻炎性反应,并进一步提升临床有效率。Objective To investigate the effects of budesonide combined with salbutamol on ventilation function,inflammatory markers and clinical efficacy of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods Children diagnosed with bronchopneumonia and admitted to Chengdu Women's and Children's Central Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The control group was treated with budesonide,while the observation group was treated with budesonide combined with salbutamol.The ventilation function,natural killer(NK)levels,inflammation index and total effective rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment of seven days.Results A total of 82 patients were included,with 41 patients in each group.After treatment,tidal volume[(7.83±0.81)mL/kg]and expiratory time[(1.41±0.30)s]in observation group were higher than those in control group[(7.17±0.86)mL/kg and(1.25±0.32)s],respiratory rate[(27.34±3.42)/min]was lower than that in control group[(29.12±3.45)/min].The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of NK cells in observation group(11.12%±1.24%)was higher than that in control group(10.07%±1.73%).The levels of natural killer T cells(0.76%±0.25%),white blood cell count(6.04×10^(9)/L±1.23×10^(9)/L),C-reactive protein[(8.15±2.21)mg/L]and interleukin-6(39.41±3.27)pg/mL were lower than those of control group[0.88%±0.26%,8.90×10^(9)/L±1.21×10^(9)/L,(13.97±2.15)mg/L,(46.15±4.31)pg/mL](all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(97.56%)was significantly higher than the control group(82.93%,P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with salbutamol in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia can effectively improve ventilation function,reduce inflammatory response,and enhances clinical efficacy.
