糖尿病继发肺部混合真菌感染患者药学监护一例

摘　　要：本文介绍了1例糖尿病继发肺部混合真菌感染患者的治疗过程。患者初始使用伏立康唑片效果欠佳,临床药师结合患者病情将抗真菌治疗方案先后调整为艾沙康唑胶囊联合两性霉素B雾化、两性霉素B胆固醇硫酸酯复合物静滴联合两性霉素B雾化,最终患者病情好转出院,未出现严重不良反应。This paper introduced the treatment of a patient with diabetes who developed pulmonary mixed invasive fungal infection.In the initial treatment stage,voriconazole tablets showed poor effectiveness.Based on the patient's condition,clinical pharmacist successively adjusted the systemic antifungal therapy from voriconazole to isavuconazole capsules combined with amphotericin B nebulized inhalation,followed by amphotericin B colloidal dispersion intravenous infusion combined with amphotericin B nebulized inhalation.Finally,the patient's condition improved,and she was discharged without serious adverse reactions.
