摘　　要：capivasertib(商品名Truqap,曾用名AZD5363)是首个美国FDA批准上市(first in class)的蛋白激酶B(protein kinase B,AKT)抑制剂,与氟维司群联合使用,治疗激素受体阳性(hormone receptor positive type,HR+)/人表皮生长因子受体2阴性(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-,HER2-)晚期或转移性乳腺癌成年患者。2023年11月27日由美国FDA批准上市。本文对capivasertib的作用机制、药效学、药动学、药物相互作用、临床评价和安全性进行综述。Capivasertib(Truqap,AZD5363)is a first in class AKT inhibitor used in combination with fulvestrant for the treatment of adult patients with HR+/HER2-advanced or metastatic breast cancer.It was approved by the FDA on November 27,2023.This article reviews the mechanism of action,pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics,drug interactions,clinical evaluation,and safety of capivasertib.
