摘　　要：台式NMR技术作为一种重要的分析方法,因其无损性、分析速度快、无须复杂前处理、样品制备简单等优点,在医药领域中广泛应用。该技术可用于药物结构鉴定、含量测定、非法药物检测、药物代谢研究和化学反应监测等关键环节,在药学领域展现了极大的应用潜力。本文综述了台式NMR技术的研究背景、意义、基本原理及定量分析中的注意事项,并对性价比进行了评估,探讨了该技术在药物分析中的具体应用,对其未来发展进行了展望。随着科技的进步,台式NMR技术的限制有望被逐步克服,进一步推动药物研发和质量控制的创新,为药学研究提供更高效的研究手段。Benchtop NMR,as a crucial analytical method,is widely used in pharmaceutical analysis due to its non-destructive nature,rapid analysis speed,non-necessary of sample pretreatment,and ease of use.This technology is applied in drug structure identification,content determination,illicit drug detection,drug metabolism studies,and chemical reaction monitoring,showing significant potential in pharmaceutical analysis.This review summarizes the research background,significance,basic principles,and precausions for quantitative analysis of benchtop NMR,evaluates its cost-effectiveness,explores its specific applications in pharmaceutical analysis,and discusses its prospects.With technological advancements,the limitations of benchtop NMR are expected to be gradually overcome,further driving innovation in drug development and quality control,and providing more efficient research methods for pharmaceutical research.
