酸枣仁汤加减治疗中老年女性卒中后抑郁疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析酸枣仁汤加减治疗中老年女性卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法选取2017年5月至2020年1月该院老年女性卒中后抑郁患者85例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(42例)和研究组(43例)。2组均给予脑血管病基础治疗及草酸艾司西酞普兰,研究组在此基础上予以酸枣仁汤辨证加减治疗。2组分别于治疗前后记录汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、Barthel指数量表(Barthel)评分、神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分。结果治疗后,2组HAMD、PSQI、NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);2组MMSE、Barthel评分均较治疗前明显增高(P<0.05),且研究组明显均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组[6.98%(3/43)vs.23.81%(10/42)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酸枣仁汤加减治疗中老年女性卒中后抑郁有良效。Objective To analyze the efficacy of suanzaoren decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression in middle-aged and elderly women.Methods A total of 85 elderly female patients with post-stroke depression in the hospital from May 2017 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(42 cases)and the study group(43 cases).Both groups were given basic treatment of cerebrovascular disease and escitalopram oxalate.On this basis,the study group was treated with modified suanzaoren decoction based on syndrome differentiation.The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Barthel Index(Barthel)and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score were recorded respectively in the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD,PSQI and NIHSS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of MMSE and Barthel in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of advers e reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group[6.98%(3/43)vs.23.81%(10/42)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suanzaoren decoction is effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression in middle-aged and elderly women.
