摘 要:目的了解该院孕妇维生素水平情况,评价孕期营养状态,为指导孕妇孕期合理饮食和维生素补充方案及相关疾病防治措施提供依据。方法选取2023年1-6月在该院孕产保健门诊常规产检1728例孕妇为研究对象。孕妇年龄18~45岁,平均(27.30±4.72)岁;孕周5~35周,平均(15.21±7.40)周。采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法定量测定血清维生素(Vit)A、E、K及25-羟基维生素D水平,采用SPSS20.0软件对数据进行统计学处理。结果1728例孕妇血清Vit A水平为(409.22±102.56)ng/mL,缺乏率为19.16%(331/1728);Vit E水平为(9.81±3.03)μg/mL,缺乏率为1.62%(28/1728);Vit K水平为(0.86±0.85)ng/mL,缺乏率为8.22%(142/1728);25-羟基维生素D水平为(22.50±8.11)ng/mL,缺乏率为41.20%(712/1728)。不同年龄组间孕妇血清维生素A、E、K水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而高龄组孕妇的25-羟基维生素D水平高于适龄组孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同孕期血清Vit A、E、K及25-羟基维生素D水平比较发现,孕晚期的Vit A水平低于孕早期和孕中期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);孕早期的Vit K和25-羟基维生素D水平均低于孕中期和孕晚期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而Vit E在不同孕期中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。进一步分析发现,Vit E在孕>12~20周的水平[(10.06±2.56)μg/mL]相对较低。结论该院孕妇血清Vit A、E、K及25-羟基维生素D水平均存在不同程度的缺乏。Objective To understand the vitamin levels of pregnant women in this hospital,evaluate their nutritional status during pregnancy,and provide basis for guiding pregnant women to rational diet and vitamin supplement programs during pregnancy and related disease prevention and control measures.Methods A total of 1728 pregnant women who underwent routine prenatal check ups at the maternity health clinic of the hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The age of pregnant women ranges from 18 to 45 years old,with an average of(27.30±4.72)years.Pregnancy weeks range from 5 to 35 weeks,with an average of(15.21±7.40)weeks.The levels of vitamin(Vit)A,E,K and 25-hydroxyvitamin D in serum were quantitatively determined by HPLC tandem mass spectrometry,and the data were statistically processed by SPSS20.0 software.Results The serum Vit A level of 1728 pregnant women was(409.22±102.56)ng/mL,with a deficiency rate of 19.16%(331/1728).The Vit E level was(9.81±3.03)μg/mL,with a deficiency rate of 1.62%(28/1728).The level of Vit K was(0.86±0.85)ng/mL,with a deficiency rate of 8.22%(142/1728).The level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D was(22.50±8.11)ng/mL,with a deficiency rate of 41.20%(712/1728).There was no statistically significant difference in serum Vit A,E,and K levels among pregnant women of different age groups(P>0.05),while the 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in the elderly group were higher than those in the age appropriate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of serum Vit A,E,K,and 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in different pregnancy periods revealed that the Vit A levels in late pregnancy was lower than that in the first trimester and the second trimester(P<0.05),the levels of vitamin K and 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the first trimester were lower than those in the second and late pregnancy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Vit E in different pregnancies(P>0.05).Further analysis showed that the level o
