摘　　要：近年来,人工关节感染(PJI)诊断的新技术不断涌出,其中人们对PJI最新诊断方法白细胞酯酶与α-防御素检测的可靠性仍存在疑虑。该文系统性地回顾了国内外关于PJI诊断技术白细胞酯酶与α-防御素检测的文献资料,对白细胞酯酶与α-防御素检测在PJI诊断中的应用进行回顾,旨在为PJI的临床诊断和治疗提供参考依据。In recent years,new techniques for the diagnosis of periprosthetic joint infection(PJI)have been emerging,among which the reliability of leukocyte esterase andα-defencin detection is still doubtful.This article systematically reviewed the literature on the diagnostic techniques of leukocyte esterase andα-defensin for PJI both domestically and internationally,summarizing the current research status and development of diagnostic techniques for leukocyte esterase andα-defensin in the field of PJI,aiming to provide valuable references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
