考虑城市排水管网的风暴潮降雨复合淹没数值模拟研究——以青岛市南区为例

摘  要:风暴潮是最严重的海洋灾害,暴雨是导致城市内涝的直接因素,城市排水系统是减轻洪涝灾害的基础设施,在考虑城市排水管网情况下,对风暴潮与降雨共同作用产生的复合淹没开展模拟研究,对揭示复合淹没发生规律以及在此基础上指导城市防灾减灾具有重要意义。本文以青岛市南区为例,将开源数据的的垂向基准统一为研究区域近海平均海平面,时间标准统一为格林威治时间,结合敏感性实验构建了风暴潮和城市雨洪耦合模型。利用GPM IMERG耦合模型中的降雨数据和中国气象局热带气旋资料中心提供的最佳路径数据集构建了风暴潮-降雨复合淹没事件,研究天文潮和风暴潮及海平面上升对复合淹没的影响。结果表明:复合淹没主要受天文潮的调控,涨潮过程加剧淹没,落潮过程降低淹没;风暴潮通过影响近海水位对复合淹没产生影响,主要体现在沿岸陆地淹没的增加;海平面上升对复合淹没的影响主要通过影响排水系统导致的降雨淹没的增加。Storm surges are the most severe marine disasters,rainstorms are the direct factor leading to urban waterlogging,and urban pipe networks are the infrastructure to reduce flood disasters.It is of great significance to carry out simulation research on the composite inundation caused by the compound floods from storm surges and extreme precipitation considering the urban pipe network,which reveals the occurrence rule of compound floods and guides urban disaster prevention and reduction on this basis.A coupling model of storm surge and urban rain-flood is constructed by open-source data which using mean sea level of the offshore sea in the study area,and Greenwich Mean Time and combining sensitivity experiments,taking the Shinan District of Qingdao as an example.A compound flood event was constructed using GPM IMERG rainfall data and the best path data set provided by the Tropical Cyclone Data Center of China Meteorological Administration,revealing storm surge and tide and sea level rise′s effects on compound floods.The results show that the complex inundation is mainly regulated by the astronomical tide.The high tide process intensifies floods,the low tide process reduces floods,and surge influences floods by influencing offshore water level,which mainly reflected in the increase of coastal land inundation.Rainfall inundation was increased because of the rise in sea level,which influenced the discharge of drainage systems.
