小型水电站运行阶段碳排放统计核算分析——以拴驴泉水电站为例

摘  要:文章以山西省晋城市拴驴泉水电站为研究对象,采用排放因子法和森林蓄积量扩展法对其碳汇量和碳排放量进行了估算。研究结果表明,水电站水力发电产生的碳汇量占总碳汇量的93%,植被的碳汇量占比为6%,而设施运行、水域面积增加和人类活动造成的碳排放量合计占比仅为1%。本研究揭示了小型水电站在碳减排中的重要作用,并为山西省乃至中国的绿色低碳转型提供了理论支持和实践参考。未来,通过优化水电站运行和维护策略,加强植被保护和增加覆盖面积,小型水电站在实现区域可持续发展中发挥重要作用。This study takes the Shuanlvquan Hydropower Station in Jincheng City,Shanxi Province,as the research object and uses the emission factor method and the forest biomass expansion method to estimate its carbon sequestration and carbon emissions.The results show that the carbon sequestration generated by hydropower accounts for 93%of the total carbon sequestration,the carbon sequestration from vegetation accounts for 6%,and the carbon emissions caused by facility operation,increased water area,and human activities only account for 1%.This study reveals the important role of small hydropower stations in carbon emission reduction and provides theoretical support and practical reference for the green and low-carbon transformation of Shanxi Province and China.In the future,by optimizing the operation and maintenance strategies of hydropower stations,strengthening vegetation protection,and increasing coverage,small hydropower stations have broad development space in achieving regional sustainable development.
