摘  要:水闸工程的结构安全复核是水闸安全评价工作的重要组成部分。根据德清大闸工程实际运行情况,现场调查和针对性整改后,采用传统力学方法和理正结构设计有限元软件相结合的方法开展德清大闸结构安全复核验算。复核验算桩基承载力、闸室结构稳定、挡墙稳定、消能防冲、启闭机平台大梁等5个方面。综合分析了工程的运行性态,掌握了在各种不利荷载组合作用下水闸的安全性状。经计算,德清大闸各组成部分的整体稳定、结构应力、消能防冲等均满足现行规范要求,结构安全等级评价为A级。可供类似的水闸工程结构安全复核验算参考。The structural safety review of sluice engineering is an important component of sluice safety evaluation.Based on the actual operation of the Deqing Sluice Project,after on-site investigation and targeted rectification,the method of combining traditional structural mechanics methods with Lizheng structural design finite element software is used to carry out safety review and verification of the Deqing sluice structure from five aspects:pile foundation bearing capacity,sluice chamber structural stability,retaining wall stability,energy dissipation and anti-collision,and the large beams of the hoisting platform.A comprehensive analysis of the operational state of the project was carried out to understand the safety characteristics of the sluice under various adverse load combinations.The calculations show that the overall stability,structural stress,energy dissipation,and anti-collision of the various components of the Deqing Sluice all meet current code requirements,and the structural safety level is rated as Grade A.This can serve as a reference for the structural safety review and verification of similar sluice projects.
