摘  要:粉煤灰已广泛应用于混凝土制备,碱激发可有效激发粉煤灰的活性从而改善粉煤灰混凝土的物理力学性质。微观结构是影响混凝土性能的根本因素,为提高碱激发粉煤灰混凝土的性能,文章研究了不同碱激发剂(CaO)掺量(0%、5%、8%、10%)对粉煤灰混凝土微观结构的影响。研究表明,适量的碱激发剂改变了粉煤灰混凝土的水化产物形态,增强了其连接性,并优化了孔隙结构;而过量的碱激发剂损害了孔隙结构,使孔隙结构趋于单一化,其中掺量8%时结构最为致密。抗压强度与孔隙结构表现出一定的相关性。Fly ash has been widely used in concrete production,and alkali activation can enhance the reactivity of fly ash,thereby improving the physical and mechanical properties of fly ash concrete.The microstructure is a fundamental factor influencing concrete performance.To enhance the properties of alkali-activated fly ash concrete,this study investigated the effects of different dosages of alkali activator(CaO)(0%,5%,8%,10%)on the microstructure of fly ash concrete.The results showed that an appropriate amount of alkali activator altered the morphology of hydration products,improved connectivity,and optimized the pore structure of fly ash concrete.However,excessive alkali activator adversely affected the pore structure,leading to a more uniform but less favorable pore distribution.Among the tested dosages,8%yielded the densest structure.A certain correlation was observed between compressive strength and pore structure.
