摘　　要：国内电力设计企业为推动境外市场开发,陆续建立境外分支机构,推进境外区域化、专业化、属地化建设以提升市场竞争力。本课题聚焦电力设计企业境外机构管理现状,在问卷调查和实地访谈的基础上,总结分析境外机构实体化运营值得关注的问题和经验,提供境外机构实体化运营建议,为电力设计企业向国际工程公司转型提供参考。In order to promote the development of overseas market,domestic electric power design enterprises have established overseas branches successively,and have promoted the construction of overseas regionalization,specialization and localization to enhance market competitiveness.This topic focuses on the current situation of the management of overseas institutions of electric power design enterprises,summarizes and analyzes the problems and experiences worthy of attention in the substantive operation of overseas institutions on the basis of questionnaires and field interviews,and provides suggestions for the substantive operation of overseas institutions,so as to provide reference for electric power design enterprises to develop overseas markets,transform into international engineering companies.
