摘 要:温度是影响燃煤过程锂迁移转化重要的参数之一。研究煤中锂在不同燃烧温度条件下的富集规律,对煤灰中锂的预富集和提取利用具有重要意义。采取淮北煤田富锂煤样,将其置入马弗炉中在不同温度条件下等温燃烧120 min获得煤灰,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X-射线荧光光谱(XRF)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对煤及煤灰中锂元素进行测试分析。结果表明:淮北煤田煤中锂含量高于世界煤背景值,超世界均值6倍;煤灰中锂具明显的富集,且在600℃的温度下,煤灰中锂富集程度最高,含量为原煤含量的9倍;煤灰中锂的富集程度与灰分产率和挥发分呈负相关,与原煤碳含量呈正相关。从煤灰中提取锂时不仅要考虑煤和煤灰中锂的含量,还需关注原煤的煤质特性。The temperature is a critical parameter that influences the migration and transformation of lithium during the coal combustion process.Therefore,it is essential to investigate the enrichment patterns of lithium in coal under different combustion temperatures for its pre-enrichment,extraction,and utilization from coal ash.In this study,Li-rich coal samples from Huaibei coalfield were subjected to isothermal burning at various temperatures for 120 minutes using a Muffle furnace to obtain coal ash.X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF),and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)were employed to analyze and evaluate the lithium content in both raw coal and coal ash.The findings reveal that the lithium content in Huaibei coalfield exceeds the global average by six times,indicating its high concentration compared to global coal background value.Moreover,The maximum enrichment occurred at 600°C,reaching nine times the lithium content of raw coal.A negative correlation was observed between lithium enrichment and ash yield/volatile matter content,while a positive correlation existed with carbon content.When extracting lithium from coal ash,it becomes imperative not only to consider its presence within both raw coals and resulting ashes but also pay attention to specific quality characteristics associated with raw coals.
