摘  要:中深层煤层气相关地质研究、成藏机理、储层物性等都取得了长足进展,但目前开发中仍沿用浅层气储层改造工艺,中深层煤层气配套储层改造工艺需求迫切。研究了左权西煤层气区块中深层煤层气勘探成果,针对中深层煤层气储层物性特征和地层条件,设计并应用了大规模压裂技术。研究认为,左权西区块中深层煤层气资源丰度大,资源潜力较大;统计了10口井27层(段)压裂情况,发现平均排量16~23.2 m^(3)/min,单煤层压入液量达到1974~8625 m^(3),单层加砂量为210~892 m^(3),最高施工压力达到64.5 MPa。各项参数上都达到或超过了“大规模压裂”的规模。通过分析压裂曲线,取得了良好的储层改造效果。Significant progress has been made in geological research,accumulation mechanism,and reservoir properties related to medium-deep coalbed methane.However,shallow methane reservoir reconstruction technology are still being used in current development,and there is an urgent need for medium-deep coalbed methane.We have studied the exploration results of medium-deep coalbed methane in the Zuoquan west block,and designed and applied large scale fracturing technology based on the physical characteristics and geological conditions of the medium-deep coalbed methane reservoir.Research suggests that the medium-deep layers of coalbed methane resources in the Zuoquan west block are abundant and have great potential for resources.A statistical analysis was conducted on the fracturing situation of 27 sections in 10 wells.It was found that the average displacement was 16~23.2 m^(3)/min,the amount of fluid injected into a single coal seam reached 1974~8625 m^(3),the amount of sand added to a single layer was 210~892 m^(3),and the maximum construction pressure reached 64.5 MPa.All parameters have reached or exceeded the large scale fracturing.By analyzing the fracturing curve,good reservoir reconstruction effects have been achieved.
