摘 要:在断层区域范围内开采时,容易发生突水灾害事故严重威胁矿井安全。F14断层是干河煤矿大角度高承压正断层区域,构造裂隙发育,含裂隙水且水压可达3~3.6 MPa,威胁矿井防水煤柱回收安全。考虑到断层影响深度大、范围广,根据涌水量分布情况,在平面和垂向上分成多个注浆段,实现从点到面全方位封堵。这样的注浆方式不仅降低注浆成本,同时能有效控制采区涌水量。完成注浆治理后,通过瞬变电磁探查和水化学特征分析,表明本次注浆有效的隔断了深部高承压含水层的水力联系,水样中TDS含量明显降低,脱硫酸作用减弱,加固了煤层底板,对于提高防水煤柱回收安全性,解放受水害影响的煤炭资源具有重要实践意义和经济价值。When mining within the fault area,water inrush accidents are prone to occur,posing a serious threat to mine safety.The F14 fault is a large angle high pressure normal fault area in Ganhe Coal Mine,with well-developed structural fractures,containing fissure water and a water pressure of up to 3~3.6 MPa,posing a threat to the safe recovery of waterproof coal pillars in the mine.Considering the deep and wide impact of faults,based on the distribution of mine inflow,multiple grouting sections are divided in both plane and vertical directions to achieve all-round sealing from point to surface.This grouting method not only reduces the cost of grouting,but also effectively controls the mine inflow.After completing the grouting treatment,transient electromagnetic exploration and hydrochemical analysis showed that the grouting effectively separated the hydraulic connection of the deep high pressure aquifer,significantly reduced the TDS content in the water sample,weakened the desulfurization effect,and strengthened the coal seam floor.This has important practical significance and economic value for improving the safety of waterproof coal pillar recovery and utilizing coal resources affected by water damage.
