摘 要:以平煤八矿深部近距离煤层群开采为工程背景,通过理论计算、数值模拟以及现场实验研究,对深部煤层群开采条件下煤柱应力演化规律与优化设计方法进行了全面的分析和研究。建立了FLAC3D数值模型,模拟了煤柱宽度为3~10 m时地层的应力场和位移场演化规律。结果表明,煤柱的宽度高于5 m后,煤柱的变形逐渐下降,抗变形能力增加,煤柱的宽度高于7 m后,煤柱内的煤体应力集中程度逐渐增加,巷道变形程度逐渐增大,并且在己_(16,17)近距离相邻煤层内会产生大范围的高应力集中现象,不利于巷道维护和己_(16,17)煤层的瓦斯治理。深部近距离煤层群开采条件下,煤柱的合理留设宽度在5~7 m。通过现场工业实验,有效验证了煤柱留设宽度为6m条件下的可靠性。This paper takes the deep and close coal seam group of Pingmei No.8 mine as the specific engineering application background.Through theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and on-site experimental research,a comprehensive analysis and study on the stress evolution law and optimization design method of the coal pillar under the condition of deep coal seam group mining have been conducted.A FLAC3D numerical model was established to simulate the stress field and displacement field evolution law of the strata when the width of the coal pillar is 3~10 m.The results show that after the width of the coal pillar is higher than 5 m,the deformation of the coal pillar gradually decreases and the anti-deformation ability increases.After the width of the coal pillar is higher than 7 m,the stress concentration degree of the coal body in the coal pillar gradually increases,the deformation degree of the roadway gradually increases,and large-scale high stress concentration phenomena will occur in the adjacent Ji_(16,17)coal seam in the deep and close coal seam group,which is not conducive to the maintenance of the roadway and the gas control of Ji_(16,17)coal seam.Under the condition of deep and close coal seam group mining,the reasonable setting width of the coal pillar is between 5 m and 7 m.Through on-site industrial experiments,the reliability of the setting width of the coal pillar at 6 m has been effectively verified.
