摘 要:启泵时产生的正向水锤是影响长距离供水工程安全的重要因素,对于多泵站的供水工程,启泵时产生的突然升压会对其他泵站造成影响,防护不当可能发生严重事故。基于有压瞬变流基本理论,构建了不同启泵工况下的水力仿真模型,结合实际工程现有的水锤防护措施采用特征线法对长距离输水管道启泵过程中的水锤现象进行模拟研究。各泵站机组采取间隔时间30 s相继启动的启泵方式,泵后阀门采取30 s由0~1开度的一段式开启方式,在不同的机组流量、水泵扬程和管道布置条件3种工况下分别进行启泵模拟计算,结果表明3种工况下启泵水锤压力均可满足设计防护标准。The water hammer caused by pump-starting is an important factor affecting the safety of long-distance water supply projects.For the water supply project with multiple pumping stations,the sudden pressure rise generated when the pump is started will affect other pumping stations,and serious accidents may occur due to improper protection.Based on the basic theory of pressure transient flow,the hydraulic simulation model under different pump starting conditions was constructed.Combined with the existing hammer protection measures in an actual project,the water hammer was simulated by characteristic line method.The starting mode of each pump station was started successively at an interval of 30s,and the valve behind the pump adopted a one-stage mode with 0~1 opening degree for 30s.Under three working conditions of different unit flow,pump head and pipeline layout conditions,the pump starting simulation calculation was carried out respectively.The results showed that the water hammer pressure could meet the design protection standard under the three working conditions.
