中国洪水预报系统在潮白河赶水坝站的应用

摘  要:赶水坝站是潮白河干流的重要控制站,建立切实可行的预报方案对下游的防汛调度具有重要的意义。基于中国洪水预报系统,应用马斯京根法建立了赶水坝站的洪水预报方案。结果表明,马斯京根模型虽然在闸坝站的模拟上有一些问题,但是能较好地模拟赶水坝站的洪水过程,预报方案确定性系数为0.839。The Ganshui Dam station is an important control station of the main stream of Chaobai River.It is of great significance to establish a feasible forecast scheme for the flood control and operation of the downstream.Based on the Chinese Flood Forecasting System,a flood forecasting scheme for this station was established by using Muskingen method.The results showed that although the Muskingen model had some problems in the simulation of gate and dam station,it could also simulate the flood process of the dam well,and the certainty coefficient of the scheme evaluation was 0.839.
