摘　　要：坎儿井作为古老、独特且仍在使用的水利工程,系全国重点文物保护单位,兼具重要的历史与现实价值,现已成功入选世界灌溉工程遗产名录,然而坎儿井可持续发展面临诸多难题。归纳了坎儿井保护利用的实践成果,系统剖析了制约其可持续发展的关键因素,包括水源短缺状况严峻、管理机制存在缺陷、保护成本高昂、功能价值拓展不足等,提出了加强水源保护、优化管理机制、开展相关研究以降低保护成本、创新拓展价值等方面的思路和建议,可为坎儿井的可持续发展提供有力支撑。As an ancient,unique,and still functional water conservancy project,the Karez system is a nationally protected cultural heritage site in China and holds significant historical and practical value.It has been successfully included in the World Heritage List of Irrigation Structures.However,the sustainable development of the Karez system faces numerous challenges.This paper summarizes the practical achievements in the protection and utilization of Karez systems and systematically analyzes the key factors constraining their sustainable development.These factors include severe water shortages,deficiencies in management mechanisms,high conservation costs,and insufficient expansion of functional value.To address these issues,recommendations are proposed,such as strengthening water source protection,optimizing management mechanisms,conducting research to reduce conservation costs,and innovatively expanding the system′s value.These insights and suggestions provide robust support for the sustainable development of the Karez system.
