摘 要:为提高复杂地形条件下大型风电项目的风能资源评估精度,以位于云贵高原东部的某大型风电场为研究对象,在详细的数据收集、处理的基础上,通过Meteodyn WT软件对该地区测风塔代表性进行了研究,对测风塔代表年风速进行了模拟与验证,综合推算结果与风能图谱对测风塔的海拔高度和距离代表性进行了定性研究,并针对风电项目前期的测风塔规划提出了相应策略和建议。研究结果表明:1)测风塔海拔高度及其与风电机组机位点之间的水平距离(下文简称为“测风塔距离”)对推算结果的误差大小均有一定影响,且随着测风塔海拔高度和距离的增加,推算结果误差呈现出增大的趋势。2)对于尚未设立测风塔的风电项目,建议将测风塔布设在风电机组机位点附近上风向、地势较为开阔且受地形遮挡较小的区域;对于风电机组机位点较远、较为分散的区域,应增设测风塔点位,以增加测风塔的代表性,从而提高项目前期评估中风能资源评估的准确性。3)对于已设立多座测风塔的风电项目,建议选取测风塔海拔高度较高和较低相结合的方案进行评估计算,以增加测风塔海拔高度代表性;当测风塔距离较大时,建议选取与风电机组机位点之间距离较近的测风塔,从而提升风能资源的评估精度。In order to improve the assessment accuracy of wind energy resources for large-scale wind power projects under complex terrain conditions,this paper takes a large-scale wind farm in the eastern of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau as the research object,and on the basis of detailed data collection and processing,studies the representativeness of the anemometer tower in this area through Meteodyn WT software,simulates and verifies the represents annual wind speed of the anemometer tower,conducts qualitative research on the representativeness of the altitude and distance of the anemometer towers based on the comprehensive calculation results and wind energy maps,and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions for the anemometer tower planning in the early stage of the wind power project.The research results show that:1)The altitude of the anemometer tower and its horizontal distance from the wind turbine positioning point(hereinafter referred to as"anemometer tower distance")have a certain impact on the error size of the calculation results,and as the altitude and distance of anemometer tower increase,the error of the calculation results shows an increasing trend.2)For wind power projects that have not yet set up anemometer towers,it is recommended to place the anemometer towers in areas near the wind turbine locations that are upwind,have relatively open terrain and less terrain obstruction.For areas where wind turbine locations are far away and scattered,anemometer tower locations should be added to increase the representativeness of the anemometer tower and improve the accuracy of wind energy resource assessment in the early stage of the project evaluation.3)For wind power projects that have already established multiple anemometer towers,it is recommended to select a combination of high-altitude and low-altitude anemometer towers for evaluation and calculation,in order to increase the representativeness of the anemometer tower altitude.When the anemometer tower distance is large,it is recommended to select th
