锯齿尾缘翼型对叶片的气动性能影响研究

摘  要:风电机组叶片在设计过程中通常会在其尾缘加装锯齿,以便降低叶片产生的气动噪声。通过选取5种不同尺寸的锯齿,针对锯齿尾缘翼型参数对叶片气动性能的影响进行了研究,并分析了锯齿尾缘翼型对叶片气动力波动特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:1)相较于光滑翼型叶片,锯齿尾缘翼型叶片的升力系数和阻力系数均有显著提升,且齿高最长的锯齿尾缘翼型叶片的升力系数提升效果最明显。2)相较于光滑翼型叶片,锯齿尾缘翼型叶片在不同攻角下的升力系数波动幅度均有显著降低,且齿长适中的锯齿尾缘翼型叶片的升力系数波动幅度最小,说明其对气动力变化而引起的波动的控制效果最好。综上可知,相较于光滑翼型叶片,锯齿尾缘翼型可以有效降低叶片因气动力变化而引起的波动,有助于降低叶片所受的疲劳荷载,从而延长叶片的使用寿命。During the design process of wind turbine blades,serrations are typically installed at the trailing edge to reduce aerodynamic noise.This paper investigates the effects of serrated trailing edge airfoil parameters on blade aerodynamic performance by selecting five serration sizes,and analyzes the influence of serrated trailing edges on blade aerodynamic force fluctuation characteristics.The research results show that:1)Compared to blades with smooth airfoils,blades with serrated trailing edge airfoils have significantly improved lift and drag coefficients,and serrated trailing edge airfoil blade with the longest serrated tooth height have the most significant lift coefficient improvement effect.2)Compared with smooth airfoil blades,serrated trailing edge airfoil blades have significantly reduced fluctuations in lift coefficient at different angles of attack,and serrated trailing edge airfoil blades with moderate tooth length have the smallest fluctuations in lift coefficient,indicating that they have the best control effect on fluctuations caused by aerodynamic changes.In summary,compared to blades with smooth airfoils,the serrated trailing edge airfoil can effectively reduce the fluctuations caused by aerodynamic changes in the blades,which helps to reduce the fatigue load on the blades and extend their service life.
